What a great day!! Spent the whole day with the people most important in anyone's life FAMILY. We had a great day making homemade chicken and dumplings and Grandma Ollie's apple dumplings. It was really fun all of us working around and over each other to create the best lunch ever. Jennifer Robb, Luke and Kate were here along with Aunts Cathy and Jill. Kate is at that wonderful age where she entertains the whole crowd with just running around in circles. She loves to be at her Ma's house where she has room to run in big circles around the kitchen and living room. She is such a delight. Luke loves to be outside with the animals. He is really getting good at calling the cows in for Papa. Papa wasn't here to take him on his usual tractor ride but he managed to have a great time with his Uncles Ryan and Austin. We then made a quick trip to Chaffee to see Uncle Mark and Aunt Jackie's new kitchen. BEAUTIFUL!! James you did a wonderful job.
Next week we are headed to St. Louis to help Sarah make her new apartment a home with paint and homey touches from Grandma Ollie. Can't wait, love when we can help our kids make their way in this big world even when they have moved on.
We are all so lucky to have great kids!!
